Arqua services are document to ISO 9001 and in keeping with our Quality Policy Directives we extend those services to our clients with the offer of scheduled ISO 9001 audits, reviews and reports.

Independent auditing to ISO 9001 builds confidence in the client- supplier relationship by developing shared values, resolving problems before they become an issue and confirming the team is working towards the same quality product.

Arqua 9001 services include;

• Quality Planning; Establishing recoding and reporting structures
• Design input: identifying statutory and regulatory requirements are factored within the design and client and supplier share the same understanding and expectations for project outcomes and identifying design characteristics that are crucial to the safe and proper functioning of the product.
• Design Output: Verifying the output meets the expectations and quality standards.
• Corrective and preventative action: Identifying and investigating causes of non conformance prior to and post production, handling of customer complaints and determining the appropriate corrective action.
