STATUS: INTERNAL — exploratory, non-shareable, assumptions permitted.
Reconciliation state: FROZEN (15 Aug 2026). Language polishing is paused. Remaining uncertainties are dependent on CF-04, CF-07 and the separate foundational/IP classification track, not on general website problems.
Next operation: CF-04 External / Literature Reduction Review v0.1, to be run before the deeper secondary-page website pass.
Changes made
- Reconciled the main Enterprise Intelligence Framework language so it distinguishes Codex Resonance research constraints, Arqua architectural responsibilities and technology implementation.
- Added the governing principle: Research constrains. Architecture defines. Technology implements.
- Added a single public definition of constitutional architecture at the architecture-framework level.
- Reframed universal or proof-like wording into Arqua architectural positioning where appropriate:
- “constitutional centre” → architecture centre;
- “capabilities that must exist” → responsibilities Arqua treats as necessary;
- “constitutional mechanism” → architectural mechanism where the claim concerns Arqua capability rather than independently established research law.
- Reconciled Runtime Context Assembly so it is framed as an architectural mechanism for assembling institutional context for an operational intent, not as an implementation of constitutional Operativity.
- Reconciled Qualification so it is framed as Arqua’s architectural discipline for evaluating assembled operational context against heterogeneous conditions, not a universal constitutional relation.
- Reconciled Institutional Memory references toward governed preservation and reconstructability rather than universal continuity-carrier language.
- Reconciled Enterprise Control Plane continuity language so it governs continuity-relevant relationships rather than promising universal preservation of institutional continuity.
- Reconciled Enterprise Representation Intelligence to avoid deterministic “Reality updates understanding” language.
- Reconciled Execution Admissibility language so it remains strong at T=0 while avoiding unnecessary proof/guarantee wording.
Pages and principal language changes
Page | Principal change |
Enterprise Intelligence Framework | Added research → architecture → technology hierarchy; clarified constitutional architecture; adjusted universal “must” and Codex Resonance derivation implications. |
Architecture | Replaced “every intelligent enterprise requires” with Arqua architectural responsibility framing; added the governing hierarchy and the one-time constitutional architecture definition. |
Runtime Context Assembly | Reframed RCA from constitutional mechanism to architectural mechanism; added Qualification boundary language. |
The Enterprise Control Plane | Replaced absolute continuity-preservation claims with governed continuity-relevant relationships and reconstructability language. |
Execution Admissibility Architecture | Preserved T=0 and commit-boundary strength while changing “ensures/proven/determines” language to evaluated/admissibility framing where needed. |
Enterprise Representation Intelligence | Replaced automatic alignment language with challenge/reconcile/evolve language. |
Claims deliberately preserved
- Arqua separates operational understanding from consequence-bearing execution.
- Qualified Operational Understanding does not itself authorise execution.
- Execution Admissibility operates at T=0, immediately before consequence may bind.
- Runtime Context Assembly assembles operational context for a particular operational intent.
- Architecture defines; technology implements.
- Institutional Memory preserves accepted institutional understanding and makes institutional history reconstructable.
- The Enterprise Control Plane remains a cross-cutting governance architecture across the execution lifecycle.
- Arqua remains architecture-only, vendor-neutral and commercially positioned for regulated and high-consequence environments.
Research / architecture boundaries introduced
- Codex Resonance investigates; Arqua realises.
- Codex Resonance constrains what can legitimately be claimed.
- Arqua translates relevant constraints, inherited theory and architectural requirements into enterprise architecture.
- Technology implements the resulting responsibilities through platform-specific realisations.
- Arqua may use architectural abstractions because they are useful operational, governance or implementation structures without implying they are each independently established as Codex Resonance constitutional constructs.
Outstanding review items
- CF-04 dependent: any stronger public claim about Qualification as more than an Arqua architectural discipline.
- CF-07 dependent: stronger claims about constitutional continuity or a universal Continuity Carrier requirement. Paper 7 H₆ currently argues against deriving a universal carrier requirement.
- Separate foundational/IP review: the defensible architectural classification and public language for Semantic Fragment.
- Owner review remains appropriate for pages already marked high-sensitivity in the corpus register, especially SCIA Runtime Reference Architecture, Architecture in Practice, About Arqua and assurance-language pages.
- A deeper page-by-page pass should still be run across all secondary sector, bridge and platform realisation pages if they are currently public or publish-intended.
No-change areas
- Protected implementation mechanisms were not modified.
- Codex Resonance Papers 1–7 were not modified.
- The research Architecture of Record was not modified.
- Confidential negative research results were not introduced into public pages.
- Candidate Universal Semantic Substrate, Semantic Fragment IP reasoning and Continuity Carrier research were not published.
- Commercial architecture, diagnostics and offerings were preserved.
