Identity Resolution
Participating identities are resolved so that products, services, people, systems, agents and other participants can be trusted and traced.
Authority Resolution
Authority is resolved to determine whether participants have the legitimacy required for the intent, purpose, domain, policy and time.
Semantic Resolution
Enterprise meaning is resolved so that assembled representations can be interpreted consistently.
Enterprise Product Assembly
Authoritative enterprise products contribute the representations required by the Operational Intent.
Graph Participation
Graph products contribute governed relationships, identity links, dependencies, authority paths and semantic relationships where relevant.
Event Participation
Event products contribute current operational state, changes, signals and time-sensitive evidence.

Assembly Manifest

Context Qualification evaluates the Assembly Manifest against governed criteria for completeness, authority, freshness, provenance, policy, semantic consistency, relevance and evidence sufficiency.
Qualified Context Manifest
The Qualified Context Manifest records the qualification criteria, results, evidence, timestamp, authority, confidence and accepted participants.

The Assembly Manifest becomes the input to Context Qualification.

It exists only for the duration of the Operational Intent.
It is not Institutional Memory.
Qualified Operational Understanding is temporary, purpose-specific and bounded. It may produce evidence that later contributes to Institutional Memory through governed Outcome Capture and Enterprise Learning, but it does not itself become enduring institutional truth.
