Explore the ideas, arguments and evidence
Read the publications and research associated with Arqua’s work on enterprise understanding, institutional continuity and governed action. Explore Arqua papers, the Codex Resonance research programme and relevant evidence through their original sources.
Each source retains its own purpose, claims and publication standing. For the current integrated architecture and its detailed references, start with Architecture.
Arqua publications
Explore published papers on the responsibilities and relationships of Enterprise Intelligence. Read each paper according to its stated role and scope; inclusion here does not change its architectural standing.
Enterprise Intelligence Architecture
Published capstone reference architecture · Mark Tovey, Arqua Pty Ltd · v1.0, July 2026
This paper presents Arqua’s integrated enterprise-facing architecture for connecting representation, meaning, reliance, authority, decision, action, consequence, evidence and revision as operating conditions change. It remains the designated public capstone architecture, not an exploratory research finding.
Enterprise Intelligence Architecture
The Desynchronization of Authority
Arqua Architecture Paper · v1.0, May 2026
This paper examines the failure mode that arises when point-in-time authority is treated as continuously valid while AI-mediated execution occurs later or under changed conditions. Its claim is deliberately bounded to execution-connected AI and the institutional commit boundary; it does not replace existing governance disciplines or establish implementation assurance.

Architecture Papers provides access to supporting specifications, reference architectures, patterns and applied concerns. Each item retains its own role, publication standing and provenance; the collection is not a second capstone or a substitute for the Architecture gateway.
Codex Resonance research
Explore the Codex Resonance public research programme and its publications. Follow the original sources for their questions, methods, arguments and stated limits. Their research standing is distinct from the authority of the current Arqua architecture.
Codex Resonance Research
Public research programme · Codex Resonance, operated by Arqua Pty Ltd · 2026
The programme investigates what conditions may be required for institutions to preserve coherent understanding and accountable action while operational reality changes. Its explanatory hypothesis remains under investigation and is not presented as settled doctrine, implementation proof or authority over Arqua’s current architecture.

From Public Meaning to Institutional Action
Public relationship and publication-boundary explanation
This source explains the distinction between Codex Resonance research, Codex Commons publication, enterprise evaluation and the institutional governance through which meaning and authority acquire standing. It explicitly states that public semantic coherence does not create enterprise authority, permitted reliance or execution rights.

Codex Commons
Governed public publication surface · Codex Resonance
Codex Commons publishes selected semantic artefacts with identity, version and provenance after explicit publication approval. Public standing within Codex Commons does not make an artefact authoritative for an enterprise; each institution remains responsible for adopting, mapping, constraining or rejecting it through its own governance.

Read each source in context
A reference architecture, a research argument and an assessment of external evidence do different work. Read the stated purpose, status, date and scope of the source, and the evidence and qualifications accompanying its claims.
The current architecture and vocabulary remain the reference points for Arqua’s architectural definitions and relationships. Research and historical publications remain available in their own context; appearing in this directory does not change their authority or demonstrate that a particular implementation conforms.
