Abstract
DAS3 Enterprise Intelligence Architecture addresses the applied problem of moving from data architecture toward enterprise intelligence architecture in a private implementation context. The paper owns the transformation from data architecture to enterprise intelligence architecture. It records how the Enterprise Control Plane, System Foundation and convergence architecture can be instantiated across data domains, data products, access patterns and AI execution pathways. Within Arqua’s programme, it is an applied instantiation rather than a public doctrine paper: it tests and grounds the reference architecture in implementation conditions. It matters for AI-mediated institutional systems because applied contexts reveal where meaning, access, policy, evidence and execution become uncontrolled in practice. The paper remains private until it is sanitised for external release.
Focus
This paper asks: how does an applied enterprise data and AI architecture become a governed enterprise intelligence architecture under real implementation constraints?

Read this if
Read this if you are an enterprise architect, data and AI leader, platform leader or domain owner working through applied implementation of institutional intelligence architecture.
Placeholder note
This paper is currently in development. The placeholder records the architectural position, transformation and relationship to the Arqua architecture programme. Full paper text will be added when the draft is ready for publication.
